Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following deduction rates apply to reservation cancellations:

• 30 days or more before departure: Full refund of the tour price.
• 29–25 days before: 30% of the tour price is deducted.
• 24–20 days before: 40% of the tour price is deducted.
• 19–15 days before: 50% of the tour price is deducted.
• Less than 15 days before: No refund.

Special Cases

• For flight-inclusive tours, the carrier's rules apply to group-ticket cancellations; date-change requests are treated as cancellation.
• In case of serious illness or death of the consumer or a first-degree relative, the remaining amount is refunded after deducting non-refundable costs, upon presentation of documents.
• If the minimum participation (15 people) is not met, international tours may be cancelled at least 7 days and domestic tours at least 3 days in advance. The amount paid is refunded in full.
• The consumer may transfer the contract to a third party by written notice at least 15 days before departure; the transferee is jointly liable for the costs.
